Jack L. Leonard

Jack L. Leonard was born on June 21, 1936, in Prague, Oklahoma, and departed this life on Thursday, July 16, 2009, at his home in Paden, Oklahoma, at the age of 73. Jack, the son of Earl Joseph, Sr., and Lizzie Belle (Hankins) Leonard, was a long-time resident of Paden. He married Susie Belford on April 20, 2001, in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. Jack retired from Sun Oil Company and was a member of the Paden Freewill Baptist Church. His parents; one brother; three sisters; and daughter, Vickie Faith Leonard, preceded Jack in death. Survivors include wife, Susie Leonard of the home; sons and daughters-in-law, Tommy L. and Jennifer Leonard of Wynnewood, Jason D. and Melissa Leonard of Bowlegs, Tray Leonard of Ft. Supply; step-son, Kevin Belford and his wife Nikki of Meeker; step-daughter, Coni Wells and her husband Floyd of Depew; sister, Mildred Neely of Shawnee; thirteen grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
