Iris King

Iris H. King was born in Milfay, Oklahoma on September 2, 1939 and went to be with the lord on September 6, 2018 at the age of 79 years. Iris was the daughter of Lloyd and Irne (Clark) Harrington. She was a resident of Yukon, Oklahoma for many years. She loved to sing, play the piano, read her Bible and go to church. She also loved Arts and Crafts. She married Kirby King April 8, 2000. She was preceded in death by her parents, her beloved daughter, Karen, three brothers and one sister. Survivors include her husband Kirby of the home, one daughter, Penny Burnworth and husband Jared of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, four grandchildren, Jacob, Sarah, Brandon and Levi. Iris leaves behind numerous relatives and friends. Funeral service will be held at the New Covenant Church in Stroud on Monday, September 10, 2018 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Mike Shannon and Pastor Jerry Murfin officiating. Music provided by Ronnie Shaddon and Sharaan Ronish. Burial will be in the Stroud Cemetery under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Stroud.
