OBITUARY: Herschel Hugh Haskin Herschel Hugh Haskin, a resident of the Stroud-Cushing area, was born on March 19, 1936, at Great Bend, KS, and departed this life in Tulsa, OK, on Monday, April 4, 2005, at the age of 69 years. Herschel was the son of Harold and Ruby Gooch Haskin. He served his country in the United States Air Force. He married Patsy Dunn in Stroud, OK on October 12, 1957. Herschel retired from Rainbow Bakery Company where he worked for 32 years, and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Stroud.
