Helen J. Barnhart

Helen J. Barnhart, Chandler, OK, resident was born on May 27, 1930, Oilton, OK, and departed this life on September 13, 2009, in Oklahoma City, OK, at the age of 79 years. Helen was the daughter of Paul and Clara Belle (Snodgrass) Palmer. She married Ector Barnhart on June 18, 1949, in Oklahoma City. Helen was a homemaker and a member of the Chandler Southern Baptist Church. Her parents, one son, Ted; and three brothers, preceded Helen in death. Survivors include, husband, Ector Barnhart of the home, four daughters, Pamela Dryer of Chandler, OK, Max Gregory of Chandler, OK, Peggy Barnhart of Okay, OK, Virginia Pepper of Chandler, OK, 9 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild, other relatives and many friends. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 16, 2009, 10:00 AM, at the First Baptist Church in Chandler, with Rev. Kirk Sutton officiating. Burial will follow at 2:00 PM at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Oklahoma City, OK. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Chandler.
