Helen E. Perceful

Helen E. Perceful, long-time Chandler, Oklahoma resident was born on July 15, 1916, in La Tour, Missouri, and departed this life on May 14, 2005, in Stroud, Oklahoma, at the age of 88 years. Helen was the daughter of William S. and Thursa M. Payne Harper. She moved to Oklahoma, with her parents in 1917. Helen attended the Chandler Schools and Hills Business College. She married Charles B. Perceful, on January 15, 1938 in Lawton, Oklahoma, he preceded her in death on August 7, 1997. Helen was employed at the Lawton Credit Bureau and Tinker Air Force Base. She was a member of the Chandler Southern Baptist Church and the Rebekah Lodge in Midwest City and Chandler and Stroud for over 65 years. Her parents and husband preceded Helen in death. Survivors include, Good friends; Pat Brown of Chandler, OK; Jean Huskey of Chandler, OK, Two brothers and sisters-in-law; Don & Margaret Perceful of Tulsa, OK, P.D. and Dora Perceful of Georgia
