Helen Delores Bennett

Helen Delores Bennett was born on November 4, 1934, in Coolidge, Arizona, and departed this life on Monday, April 16, 2012, in Prague, Oklahoma, at the age of 77. Delores, the daughter of Red and Jane (Wallace) Elam, was a resident of Prague. She married Bert Bennett on December 24, 1986. Delores worked as a florist and was a member of the First Baptist Church. Her parents; son, James Alen Nester; and seven siblings preceded Delores in death. Survivors include her husband of 25 years, Bert Bennett of the home; sons and daughters-in-law, Kenneth and Mona Nester of Woodward, Tommy and Cindy Nester of Scottsdale, AZ, Randy Nester of Eufaula, Russell Nester of Prague; sister, Rose Elam; 20 grandchildren; and 31 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 21, 2012 at 10:00 AM, at Parks Brothers Funeral Chapel in Prague with Bro. Tim Emmons officiating. Interment will follow at the Prague Cemetery.
