Hazel Delores Gilbreth

June 11, 1926 — February 16, 2011

Hazel Delores Gilbreth was born on June 11, 1926, in Meeker, Oklahoma, and departed this life on Wednesday, February 16, 2011, in Shawnee, Oklahoma, at the age of 84. Hazel, the daughter of Bob and Lewel Olive (Vincent) Edmonson, was a resident of Shawnee. She married Delbert Trenton Gilbreth on July 9, 1942 in Meeker. He preceded her in death on December 20, 1996. She was also preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include sons and daughters-in-law, Jimmy and Barbara Gilbreth of Augusta, KS, Gene and Donna Gilbreth of Meeker; daughter and son-in-law, Sandra Kay and Ray Cresap of Macomb; 8 Grandchildren; numerous Great-Grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends. Viewing and visitation will be at Parks Brothers Meeker Chapel from Noon Friday until Noon on Saturday. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 19, 2011 at 2:00 PM, at Oak Park Church of God in Shawnee with Pastor Leroy Kerbo officiating. Interment will follow at New Hope Cemetery in Meeker.
