Grace White

Grace was born in Cumberland County, Tennessee on June 11, 1923 to Cora Taylor Braddock and Charles Braddock. She passed away on December 6, 2014 in Chandler, Oklahoma at the age of 91. After high school she worked at the German WW II POW camp in Crossville, Tennessee and the Manhattan Project in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. She married Clifford L. White in 1945 after he returned from army campaigns in N Africa, Sicily and Italy. She moved to Oklahoma after her husband passed away in 2000. Her parents, siblings and son Harold White preceded Grace in death. Survivors include, two sons, Gary White and daughter-in-law, Marilyn White of Chandler, Oklahoma; Thomas White and daughter-in-law, Miriam White of Greensboro, NC. Six grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, other family and friends. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, December 10th, at the Oak Park Cemetery in Chandler.
