Glenda Jo Sanchez

Glenda Jo Sanchez was born on February 24, 1941, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and departed this life on Tuesday, April 5, 2011, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at the age of 70. Glenda, the daughter of Caryl Weldon Jefferson and Irene Belle (Messic) Wilson, was a resident of Meeker, Oklahoma. She married Ramon Sanchez on November 3, 1977 in San Antonio, TX. Glenda was a homemaker and a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church. Her parents and one brother, Willard Rath, preceded Glenda in death. Survivors include her husband of 43 years, Ramon Sanchez of the home; daughters, Candy Hubbell of Meeker, Rhonda Guinn of Shawnee, Charity Scoles of Meeker; brothers, Manuel Rath of Tecumseh, George Jefferson of Owasso; sisters, Wanda Osborne of Oklahoma City, Claudina Hirzel of Shawnee; 5 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 9, 2011 at 10:00 AM, at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Meeker with Fr. Price Oswalt officiating. Interment will follow at Gable Cemetery in Meeker. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Prague.
