Glen Allen Clarkson

Glen Allen Clarkson was born on May 31, 1949 , in Salina, KS, and departed this life on Monday, February 21, 2011, in Stroud, OK, at the age of 61. Glen Allen, the son of Glen and Mabel Agnes (Pilcher) Clarkson, was a long-time resident of Chandler. He graduated from Chandler High School in 1967. Glen Allen owned and operated Thunderbird package store in Chandler for many years. He married Gracie Clarkson on October 12, 2007, in Hot Springs, AR. His parents and one brother, Wayne; preceded Glen Allen in death. Survivors include, wife, Gracie Clarkson of the home, one son, Chip Clarkson of Oklahoma City, OK, one daugther, Stephanie Clarkson of Norman, OK, 5 grandchildren, other relatives and many friends. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Friday, February 25, 2011, at Parks Brothers Funeral Chapel in Chandler, OK, with Watts Rozell Jr. officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Park Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Chandler.
