Gladys Claudene Navarro was born on April 18, 1947, in Bastrop, LA, and departed this life on Monday, February 2, 2009, in Cushing, OK, at the age of 61. Gladys was the daughter of Simpson and Gladys Jones Bayless. She married Manuel Navarro on April 10, 1971, in Bastrop, LA. She worked as a Oil & Gas Manager for the St. Paul Fire & Marine Insurance for many years. Her parents and one brother preceded Gladys in death. Survivors include, Husband, Manuel of the home, Two sons & daughters-in-law, Sam & Samantha Navarro of Chandler, OK, Jonathan & Linet Navarro of Chandler, OK, Daughters & sons-in-law, Danielle & Jeremy Ollar of Tryon, OK, Lenny & Lonnie Quarles of Pine Bluff, AR, Two brothers, Eddie & James 'Bo Bo' Bayless, Numerous step-children, 12 grandchildren, Numerous Stepgrandchildren, Numerous great-grandchildren, Other relatives and many friends. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, February 5, 2009, at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery in Chandler, OK. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Chandler.
