Gladys Proctor Clark, age 90, of Oklahoma City, OK, was born on January 24, 1921, in Drumright, Oklahoma. She was the daughter of Charles & Lottie Proctor. She left this life on Saturday, January 14, 2012, in Oklahoma City, OK. Gladys graduated from Cushing High School in 1939. Gladys married Elton Clark on August 24, 1940, in Cushing, OK. She worked and retired from John A. Brown department store. She was a member of Highland Hills Baptist Church in Oklahoma City. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend to many. Gladys was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Elton Clark, two grandchildren, Gregory and Jeffery Clark and one brother, Harold Proctor. Survivors include her son & daughter-in-law, Michael & Nema Clark of OKC, OK; daughter, Debra Clark of Yukon, OK; 5 grandchildren, Shannon McGlocklin, Jason Clark, Tammy Yanez, Wesley Butts and Jerry Butts; 9 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren and many other relatives and friends. Services will be held 2:00 PM, Tuesday, January 17, 2012, at Asa Smith Memorial Chapel, Harrah, OK, officiated by Pastor Derek Hanson. Interment will follow at Memory Lane Cemetery, Harrah, OK. Services are under the direction of Smith~Parks Funeral Service in Harrah, OK.
