Survivors include, husband of 57 years, Roy of the home, two sons, Bennett Mitchell of Carney, OK, Marland Mitchell of Carney, OK, three daughters & sons-in-law, Linda & Marvin Odermatt of Carney, OK, Marcelene & Ronnie Anderson of Carney, OK, Nadene & Scott Cowan of Carney, OK, one brother, one sister, Eldridge Startz of Amarillo, TX, Rozella Kenedy of Amarillo, TX, 7 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild, other relatives and many friends. Graveside services will be held on Friday, May 22, 2009, at 11:00 A.M., at Carney Cemetery in Carney, OK with Rev. Mike Mitchell officiating. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Chandler.
