Georgia Kinnear

Georgia Mae Kinnear was born on July 21, 1917, in Big Stone Gap, Virginia, and departed this life on Monday, October 5, 2009, in Meeker, Oklahoma, at the age of 92. Georgia, the daughter of Loyd and Elva (Neeley) Gilliam, was a resident of Meeker. She married Fred Byron Kinnear on April 3, 1936, in Rossville, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death on February 25, 1984. Georgia was a homemaker and a member of the Meeker First Baptist Church. Her parents and two brothers, Eugene and Burlie Gilliam, also preceded Georgia in death. Survivors include daughters and son-in-law, Carolyn and Glen Dunn of Meeker, Freddie Kinnear of Oklahoma City; grandchildren, David and Jody Dunn of Oklahona City, Robin and Ray Wilmot of Choctaw, Eden and Charles Bassett of Oklahoma City; great-grandchildren, Michael Dunn, Amber Bassett, Miranda Bassett; brother and sister-in-law, Jesse and Jaulina Gilliam of Shasta Lake, California.
