George "Buddy" L. Brawner

Buddy Brawner was born to Flora Mae Conner and Jesse Monroe Brawner on October 17, 1942. He left this life on July 21, 2008 surrounded by his loving family. In 1961, Buddy joined the United States Marine Corps. He was very grateful to serve his country. Even in death he was very patriotic. In 1995, Buddy married his soulmate, Faith and together they raised 5 boys and many foster children and grandkids. Buddy was preceded in death by his loving mother, Flo, father, Jesse, godson, Russell and many more who are waiting to greet him. Buddy is survived by his wife, Faith of the home, 4 sons, David, Thomas, Cody and Shadoe, all of Harrah and his grandchildren, Michelle, Izzy, Noah and Asher. He is also survived by his loving sisters, Dolores, Patricia and Debra K, as well as many extended family members. Buddy is also survived by his beloved dog, Little Bit. WE LOVE YOU DADDY! GONE BUT NEVER FORGOTTEN. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, July 25, 2008 at Memory Lane Cemetery, Harrah, OK. The family requests that you please dress casually. Services are under the direction of Smith-Parks Funeral Service, Harrah, OK.
