Freida Jane Smith Griffith, age 47, of Jones, OK, was born on April 29, 1960, in Sentinel, OK. She was the daughter of Wilbur & Freida Sipe Smith. She left this life on April 20, 2008, in Jones, OK. Jane graduated from Carney High School in 1978. She married Dennis Griffith on June 6, 1978 in Carney, OK. Jane enjoyed scrapbooking, crossword puzzles, watching the Food Network and working in her garden. Jane was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Donald & Larry Smith. Survivors include her husband, Dennis Griffith of the home; 2 sons & 1 daughter-in-law, Dennis Edward & Cammie Griffith, McLoud, OK, Chad Lee Griffith, Mobile, AL; 4 brothers,Wilmer Smith, Agra, OK, James Smith, Maud, OK, Terry Smith, Holdenville, OK, Danny Smith, Perkins, OK; 4 sisters, Phyllis Starling, Carney, OK, Sandy Dale, Moore, OK, Patty Harris, Choctaw, OK, Debbie Jarvis, Noble, OK; 1 grandson, Dylan Griffith, McLoud, OK and many other relatives and friends. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM Thursday, April 24, 2008, at Pilgrims Rest Cemetery in Newalla, OK. Services are under the direction of Smith~Parks Funeral Service in Harrah, OK.
