Freddy Ray Harris of Shawnee, Oklahoma, passed away on January 7, 2021 at the age of 85. Freddy was born on July 4, 1935 in Prague. He was the son of Olie and Lenna (Pratt) Harris. Freddy was the second son of seven children. He was born and raised in Prague and was a graduate of Prague High School. While in high school, Freddy finished first in the state in track and field. After high school, Freddy proudly served his country with the United States Navy. Following high school, Freddy owned convenience stores across Shawnee and Tecumseh. He was known for his speedy service at Fred's Quick Stop. Later in life, Freddy took on the hobbies of owning his own homing pigeons. Freddy was always joking and making everyone around him laugh. He never met a stranger and was known for his loving, caring and his kindness. He made a lasting impression on many and will be greatly missed. Freddy was preceded in death by his loving wife Lovene Harris; his parents; two sons, David Ray Harris and Leslie Dean Harris and one grandaughter, Amanda Treat. He is survived by his children, Danita Cacciola, Dustin and Deena Bradford and Sarah Deutsch. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
