Freda Mae Jones

Freda Mae Jones, age 100 of Harrah, OK was born September 6, 1916 in Jones, OK. She was the daughter of Frederick Arthur and Ida Mae (Steele) Seidel. She left this life on Tuesday, August 8, 2017 in Harrah, OK. Freda was a graduate of Jones High School and won many awards during that time. She worked for Memorex for 21 years and moved from Tulsa to Summit Ridge in 2000 and to Wolfe Living Center in 2009. She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church at Summit Ridge. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Kenneth Jones in 1999 and her brother Frederick Arthur Seidel Jr. Survivors include her sisters, Betty J. Foster and Ruth A. Dunham, both of Harrah and two nieces Donna Boland and Beverly Jones, many other reltives and numerous friends. Graveside services will be held 1 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 10, 2017 at Memorial Park Cemetery, 5111 S. Memorial Drive in Tulsa. Officiating the ceremony will Elder James Shire.
