Frank Guercio

Frank Guercio, of Shawnee, Oklahoma was born on March 5, 1936, in Brooklyn, New York, and departed this life on February 20, 2018, at his home in Shawnee, at the age of 81 years. Frank was the son of Joseph and Florence (Monaghan) Guercio. He married Judy Sprague in 1964, in Derby, Kansas. Frank served in the United States Air Force and retired in 1975 after twenty one years of service. His hobbies included reading, golfing and watching TV. His parents, one brother, George Guercio, and one sister, Peggy Guercio Lankford preceded him in death. Survivors include his wife of fifty-four years Judy; two sons, Joseph Frank Guercio and wife Dawn of Apple Valley, California, Gary Allen Guercio and wife Corey of Meeker, Oklahoma; one brother Phillip Guercio and wife Georgia 'Candy' of Palmetto, Florida; eight grandchildren, Gary, Frank, Joseph, Carline, Teddy, Lily, Nicholas, and Allen; other relatives and many friends. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM, Saturday, February 24, 2018, at Parks Brothers Funeral Chapel, in Chandler, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Oak Park Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Chandler.
