Floyd G. 'Boog' Gray, long-time Chandler, OK, resident was born on March 9, 1930, in Parkland, OK, and departed this life on Friday, September 24, 2010, at his home in Chandler, at the age of 80. Floyd, was the son of Harley and Laura (Gollaher) Gray. He married Mary A. Hull on September 10, 1953 in Cushing, OK. Floyd served in the Oklahoma National Guard 45th Division during the Korean War. He worked for the City of Chandler for many years and was a long-time Chandler Volunteer Fireman. His parents, 5 brothers and 3 sisters preceded Floyd in death. Survivors include, wife of 57 years, Mary of the home, sons and daughters-in-law, Don & Debbie Gray of Chandler, OK, Tony & Janice Gray of Chandler, OK, James Gray of Stillwater, OK, grandchildren, James Glen Gray of Eugene, MO, Brandy Gray of Pryor, OK, Erin King of Chandler, OK, Adam Gray of Chandler, OK, Gavin Gray of Stillwater, OK, Heath Gray of Chandler, OK, 8 Great-grandchildren, other relatives and many friends. Memorial services will be held on Monday, September 27, 2010, 2:00 P.M., at Parks Brothers Funeral Chapel in Chandler with Rev. Bruce Newby officiating. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Chandler, OK.
