Evelyn N. Ailey

Evelyn Nellie Ailey, a Stroud Resident, was born in Depew, Oklahoma on December 15, 1913 and departed this life in Prague, Oklahoma on Saturday, June 24, 2006 at the age of 92 years. Evelyn was the daughter of John and Nettie Stuts Stiner. Evelyn was a resident of Stroud most of her life, she was a homemaker and owned and operated Haile Greenhouse for many years, she loved to raise flowers and a garden, a member of the Milfay Baptist Church. She married Elmer Haile in Belle Plains, KS, he preceded her in death. She then married Loren Ailey in Depew, Oklahoma. She was preceded in death by parents, 2 husband, 4 brothers, 2 sisters, and 1 grandson.
