Eulena Lyon

Mary Eulena Lyon was born on February 17, 1934, in Paden, Oklahoma, and departed this life on Thursday, February 21, 2008, in Seminole, Oklahoma, at the age of 74. Eulena Lyon, the daughter of Tonie and Dovie Marie Cobble Davis, was a life-long resident of Paden. She married Roy Eugene 'Gene' Lyon on November 29, 1950, in Paden. He preceded her in death on January 10, 2008. Eulena worked at Sylvania Electric until 1963 and was a Quality Control Supervisor at Wrangler until 1985. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Paden. Her parents and one sister also preceded Eulena in death. Survivors include son and daughter-in-law, Ray and Sherrie Lyon of Prague; daughters and son-in-law, Darlene and Paul Smith of Dewey, Debbie Springer of Prague; brothers and sister-in-law, Glen C. Davis of Paden, William 'Bill' and Mary Davis of Prague; sister, Pat Booth and her husband Ron of Eufaula; 6 grandchildren, Paula Schornick, Brad Smith, Roger Lyon, Jeter Simpkins, Travis Simpkins; 7 great-grandchildren.
