OBITUARY: Ethel Odessa Weber Ethel Odessa Weber was born on January 29, 1912, in Stroud, OK, and departed this life on Friday, March 25, 2005, in Catoosa, OK, at the age of 93.Ethel, the daughter of William and Rosie Blaylock Clark, was a resident of Rogers County most of her life. She moved to Stroud in 1998. Ethel married Micholas P. Weber on May 4, 1946, in Minneapolis, MN. He preceded her in death on November 27, 1995.
