Our mother, Emma Jane King, left with the angels on March 28, 2025, she was 85 years old. Emma was born on December 26, 1939 in Maud, Oklahoma. She was the daughter of Lewen and Ethel (Cunningham, Parrish. When she was around ten years old, the mother moved to California. In 1958, she married her high school sweetheart, Hal B. King. They had three boys, Troy, Joey and Jerry King. She had several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Emma was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of sixty-one years, Hal B. King; her grandparents, three brothers and three sisters. Those left to cherish her memory are her three sons, her grandchildren, her great-grandchildren and good neighbors.
