Elmer Warren Hall, a Stroud, Oklahoma, resident, was born in Kansas City, Missouri, on August 6, 1923, and departed this life in Stroud on Friday, January 05, 2007, at the age 83 years. Elmer was the son of James Elven and Edith Howard Hall. He was a resident of Stroud most of his life, a member of the Stroud Christian Church in Stroud, and retired from T.H. Rogers Lumber Company in Stroud. He served his country in the United States Army during WWII. Elmer married Wendell Raffety in Stroud in 1942. She preceded him in death July 28, 1988. Elmer married Modell Morehouse on August 6, 1989, in Stroud. His parents, two brothers, and one sister also preceded him in death.
