Elizabeth Ann Duffy

Elizabeth Ann Duffy was born on August 27, 1943, in Stroud, OK, and departed this life on Saturday, October 11, 2008, in Stroud, OK, at the age of 65. Elizabeth Ann, the daughter of Bertha May Emery Tipken, was a resident of Stroud. Elizabeth married Alvie Lee Duffy on July 2, 1965 in Stroud. She worked as a waitress for many years and was a member of the Kendrick Christian Church and also attended the First Baptist Church in Davenport, OK. Her parents and two brothers have preceded Elizabeth Ann in death. Survivors include, Husband, Alvie Lee of the home, Daughters & sons-in-law, Lee Ann & Steven McDaniel of Stroud, Beth Ann Duffy & Bryan Patrick, Son and daughter-in-law, James Lee & Cheryl Duffy of Bedford, TX, Sisters, Lodema Hyde of Davenport, OK, Agnes Gentry of Midwest City, OK, Ethel Harrison of Okemah, OK, Step-grandchildren, Mandy & Shaundell Horn, Step-great grandchildren, Isaiah Joe, Hannah, Micah, Jacob and Lily, God children, Lorac & Estevon Martin, Best friends, Keeneth & Twyla Clark, And who we affectionately called 'Step-children' Michelle Henley and family. Other relatives and many friends. Graveside services will be held on Monday, October 13, 2008, at 2:00 P.M., at Bethel-Greenwood Cemetery in Chandler, OK with Rev. Dorcy Hightower officiating. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Chandler.
