Eli James Haynes

Eli James Haynes, infant son of Jack Dale Haynes and Jazmen Bay Goforth, was born on Wednesday, March 23, 2022, at Hillcrest Women’s Health Center, Tulsa, Oklahoma. Eli passed away the next day, Thursday, March 24, 2022, at Hillcrest in Tulsa. Those left to cherish Eli’s memory are his mother, Jazmen Goforth; his father, Jack Haynes; two brothers, Jack Dale Haynes Jr., and Liam Lloyd Hanes; three sisters, Bailey-Jane Michelle Haynes, Shana Bay Floyd, and Arianna Lynn Floyd; his grandparents, Robert and Alicia Goforth, Rachel Schuler, and Jeff and Shannan Haynes; great-grandmothers, Nancy Clark, and Thelma Biles; as well as a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other family members, and friends. Eli was preceded in death by two brothers, Lucas Alan Floyd, and Nathen Lee Floyd; and grandparents, Harold and Selva Carruthers.
