Edna Earl Mills

Edna Earl Mills was born on December 22, 1917, in Vernon, Texas, and departed this life on Friday, February 10, 2012, in Prague, Oklahoma, at the age of 94. Edna, the daughter of Roscoe and Jessie (Reed) Pearcy, was a resident of Prague. She married Sherman Francis Mills on February 7, 1939, in Vernon Texas. He preceded her in death on September 18, 1992. Edna was a homemaker, a retired Nurse’s Aid and a member of Faith Bible Church. Her parents; one daughter, Lona Gayle Mills; one son, Delbert W. Mills; 4 brothers: and one sister also preceded Edna in death. Survivors include: Daughter: Virginia L. Stapp of Prague Sons: Nigel D. Mills of Ft. Worth, Texas Gary Don Mills of Ft. Worth, Texas One Brother:Luther Pearcy, Commanche, OK 15 Grandchildren 23 Great Grandchildren 7 Great Great Grandchildren Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 13, 2012 at 2:00 PM, at Inter-Faith Bible Church in Prague with Pastor Scott Smith officiating. Services will conclude at the Church. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Prague.
