Eddie Lenoa Sargent

Eddie Lenoa Sargent was born on April 3, 1954, in Hugo, Oklahoma and departed this life on Monday, October 12, 2015, in Okemah, Oklahoma, at the age of 61. Eddie, the son of J.L. and Lucille (Cobb) Sargent, was a resident of Okemah. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy. Eddie enjoyed fishing, hunting, westerns, OU football, rock and roll and TV. Eddie’s parents preceded him in death. Survivors include: son, Joy Sargent of Okemah; daughters and son-in-law, Brandi and Wendell Guthrie of Okemah and Lucille Sargent of Prague, grandson,Branden Guthrie; brothers and sisters-in-law, Larry Gene and Lucy Sargent of Broken Arrow and Wesley and Carol Sargent of Yadkinville, NC; special relative, George Guthrie; special friends, Randy Robison, Glen Goodman and Diane Coleman; other family and friends A memorial service will be held at a later date.
