Dwayne Laroy Troutt

Dwayne Laroy Troutt, age 61, of McLoud, OK, was born on October 5, 1950, in Houston, Texas. He was the son of Ray Ezra & Joye Lovelle (Hollowell) Troutt. Dwayne went to be with the Lord, Friday, August 24, 2012, in Oklahoma City, OK. Dwayne graduated from McLoud High School and proudly served in the U. S. Army. Dwayne and Peggy Ownbey were married on May 22, 1976, in Newalla, OK. He worked for Fleming Foods for 30 years and was currently employed as an OBI coach driver. Dwayne loved people, enjoyed riding his motorcycle, shooting guns and most of all, spending time with his family, especially his grandkids. He was a loving husband, father, son, brother and 'Poppy'. He was preceded in death by one brother, Don Troutt and father-in-law, Charles Ownbey. Survivors include his wife, Peggy Troutt, McLoud, OK; son & daughter-in-law, Brandon & Shawna Troutt, McLoud, OK; daughter & son-in-law, April & Scott Hatchell, McLoud, OK; parents, Ray & Joye Troutt, McLoud, OK; sister, Dianne Carson, McLoud, OK; grandchildren, Launa Troutt, Jayda Troutt & Chase Hatchell; mother-in-law, Dolores Ownbey, Newalla, OK and many other relatives and friends. Services will be 10:00 AM, Tuesday, August 28, 2012, at Choctaw Road Baptist Church, Choctaw, OK, with Dr. Rick Sowell officiating. Interment will follow at Dale Cemetery, Dale, OK. Services are under the direction of Smith~Parks Funeral Service in Harrah, OK.
