Drucella Holderfield

Drucella Holderfield was born on February 10, 1939, in Bristow, Oklahoma and departed this life at her home in Stroud, Oklahoma on March 10, 2014, at the age of 75 years. Drucella was the daughter of Louie and Dovie (Mcguffin) Launius. She was a Stroud resident most of her life. She was a member of the New Covenant Church in Stroud and worked as a telephone operator and housewife. She married Harold Holderfield on November 29, 1957. She was preceded in death by her parents and one grandson, Cody. Survivors include: husband, Harold of the home; one son, Larry Holderfield of Stroud; two daughters & son-in-laws, Laura and Kenny Coleman of Stroud and Starla and Mike Reed of Davenport; two brothers, Leon Launius of Bristow and Wesley Launius of Arkansas; one sister, Donivee Chaney of Bristow; six grandchildren, Mike Smith, Faith Smith, Kyle Bennett, Brad Bennet, Destiny Holderfield and Calab Holderfield; eleven great grandchildren; other relatives and friends. Funeral service will be held in the Parks Brothers Funeral Chapel on Thursday, March 13, 2014, at 10:00 A.M. with Pastor Judy Murfin officiating. Burial will follow in the Stroud Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Services in Stroud.
