Doy Sprague

Doy Sprague, long time Chandler resident was born on June 14, 1915, in Chandler, Oklahoma, and departed this life on February 14, 2005, in Shawnee, Oklahoma at the age of 89 years. Doy was the son of Herbert and Minnie Shaver Sprague. He married Betty Dotson in Chandler, on October 9, 1941. Doy served in the United States Army during WWII. He owned and operated Sprague Drive-in for many years in Chandler and was a farmer. He attended the Assembly of God Church in Chandler. His parents, wife, one son, and three brothers preceded Doy in death. Survivors include: Three daughters: Judy Guercio of Shawnee, OK: Shirley Williams of Shawnee, OK: B. J. Conner of Shawnee, OK: One brother: Roy Herbert Sprague of Tulsa, OK: Seven Grandchildren, Seven Great Grandchildren, Other relatives and many friends
