Dorothy Lee ?Dot? Gaspar, Meeker, Oklahoma, resident, was born on March 2, 1926 in Meeker, Oklahoma, and departed this life on January 22, 2004, in Midwest City, Oklahoma, at the age of 77 years. Dot was the daughter of Frank J. and Margaret E. Harris Peters. She married Manuel S. Gaspar in Alameda, California, on January 14, 1945. Dot was a homemaker and loving mother. She was a member of the St. Michaels Catholic Church in Meeker, Oklahoma. Her parents, husband, one brother and two sisters preceded Dot in death. Survivors include: One son & daughter-in-law: Joe & Terry Gaspar of Meeker, OK; Two daughters & sons-in-law: Diane & Nelson Cloud of Norman, OK; Suzi & Butch Guy of Midwest City, OK;One Brother: Joe L. Peters of Oklahoma City, OK; Nine Grandchildren: Randy Tipton of Edmond, OK; Rick Tipton of OKC, OK; Renessa & Darren William of Mustang, OK; Corkey & Jennifer Guy of Denver, CO; Kevin Guy of OKC, OK; T.J. & Crisi Jackson of Mustang, OK; Josh Cloud of Norman, OK; Stevie Gaspar of Meeker, OK; Sammie Gaspar of Meeker, OK; One Great Grandaughter: Darian Jackson of Mustang, OK; Other relatives and many friends. A Prayer Vigil will be held at 7:00 P.M. on Sunday, January 25, 2004 at the St. Michaels Catholic Church in Meeker, Oklahoma. Visitation will be held at the Parks Brothers Funeral Chapel in Meeker, OK, 114 S. Fowler St. Meeker, OK. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Monday, January 26, 2004 at the St. Michaels Catholic Church in Meeker, Oklahoma, with the Father Adrian Vorderlandweher OSB. Burial will follow at the New Hope Cemetery in Meeker, Oklahoma. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Chandler, Oklahoma.
