Dorothy Faye Irwin

Dorothy Faye Irwin, age 88, of Harrah, OK, was born August 29, 1925, in Hennepin, OK. She was the daughter of Henry Lonzo & Sina M. (Ray) Rankin. She left this life on Tuesday, November 5, 2013, in Midwest City, OK. Dorothy graduated from Woodland High School in West Route, Davis, OK. She was a member of Newalla First Baptist Church, Newalla, OK. She was a homemaker who enjoyed sewing, gardening, working in the yard and was an excellent cook. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Odis Irwin, one son, Morris, an infant daughter, 4 brothers and 3 sisters. She was the last of her generation of her family. Survivors include her son, Michael Irwin, of Oregon; 1 grandchild, Lena Faye Jones; 3 great-grandchildren, Mason, Zachary & Shelby and many other relatives and friends. Services will be 10:00 AM Saturday, November 9, 2013, at Newalla First Baptist Church, Newalla, OK. Interment will follow at 2:00 PM at Green Hill Cemetery, Davis, OK. Services are under the direction of Smith~Parks Funeral Service in Harrah, OK.
