Dorothy Ann Pritchett, 82, of Prague, beloved wife, sister, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother left this life on January 24, 2018 in Shawnee, Oklahoma. She was born January 12, 1936 in Seminole, Oklahoma to William Fredrick Beichner and Edith Blanch Miller Beichner. Ann married Joseph Leroy Pritchett at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Seminole, Oklahoma on August 18, 1955. They celebrated their 62nd anniversary last year. Ann was an active member of St. Phillip Neri Catholic Church in Midwest City and worked at Tinker Air Force Base prior to her retirement in 1986. Following her and her husband’s retirement they moved to Prague, Oklahoma and became members of St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church. She loved crocheting, embroidery, baking pies and everything cat. She was a loving mother and especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Ann’s deep love for God and her Catholic faith was a beacon for the Pritchett family. Ann is survived by her husband Joe; three sons, Don of Oklahoma City, Tom and his wife Valerie of Dallas, Texas and Paul and his wife Beth of Plano, Texas; five grandchildren, Ashley, Christy, Stephanie, Maggie and Tim; four great-grandchildren, Lily, Everett, Adalynn and Evelyn and sister, Billie Cox of Garland, Texas. Ann was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Clifford Beichner of Seminole, Oklahoma; sisters, Helen Talley of Mustang, Oklahoma and Mary Margaret Stevens Cobb of Shawnee, Oklahoma. A Wake will be held on Friday, January 26, 2018 at 6:00 PM at Parks Brothers Funeral Chapel in Prague. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at 2:00 PM, at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church in Prague with Father Long Phan officiating. Interment will follow at Gable Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Prague.
