Doris Sybel Simpson

Doris Sybil Simpson was born in Shawnee, Oklahoma on May 26, 1918 and departed this life in Shawnee on September 2, 2006. She was 88 years of age. Doris was the daughter of Harry and Catherine Holland Dudley. She was a retired bookkeeper for the Pottawatomie County Clerk and was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church in Shawnee. She was a resident of Tecumseh at the time of her death. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Lloyd W. Simpson, two brothers and two sisters. Survivors include: Two sons: Gaylon Franklin, Shawnee, OK, Keith E. Franklin, Albuquerque, NM; Two daughters: Carole Franklin, Prescott, AZ, Jeanie Drury, Coatesville, PA; One brother: Richard Keith Dudley, Rosamond, CA; 16 Grandchildren, 18 Great Grandchildren, 3 Great Great Grandchildren.
