Donnie Marteance Garcia

Donnie Marteance Garcia, 60, passed away on Monday, October 14, 2024, at his home in Chandler, Oklahoma.

Donnie was born on October 10, 1964, in Chandler to Alvin Buster Garcia Jr. and Georgia Sue Berry. He graduated from Chandler High School in 1983 where he played football, basketball, and was on the wrestling team. Donnie worked at Tastee Freeze in Chandler for several years and held positions as a cook and in maintenance at nursing homes in Chandler and Stroud. In his free time, he enjoyed playing video games and playing cards with his family and friends.

Donnie was preceded in death by his mother, Georgia Sue Berry; his son, Caidan Garcia; and both sets of grandparents, George Berry and Thelma Bean, and Alvin “Buster” and Lillian Garcia Sr.

He is survived by his children, Jaedan Garcia, Cailan Garcia, and D’lyjah Garcia; father, Alvin Buster Garcia Jr.; brothers, Randy Johnson, John Lewis, Tony Garcia, and Dale (Sheri) Garcia; sisters, Regina (James) Bobo, and Shelia Garcia; as well as a host of other family members and friends.
