Donna Mae Anglin

Donna Mae Anglin was born in Ogden, IA on November 26, 1914 and departed this life in Guthrie, Oklahoma on Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at the age of 101 years. Donna was the daughter of Eli and Masie (Lemley) Aughenbaugh. She was a resident of Guthrie, but lived most of her life in Stroud, Oklahoma. She graduated from Stroud High School in 1934. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Stroud and was a homemaker. Donna married David Luther Anglin in Stroud on October 3, 1940. Her and David live on a farm north of Stroud where they raised cattle. David preceded her in death in May 21, 1999. She was also preceded in death by her parents, one son, Vernel, two brothers and one sister. Survivors include, one son, Darrell Anglin & wife Pat of Guthrie, daughter in law, Barbara Anglin of Bronson, MI, four grandchildren, Zack Anglin & wife Karolyn of Bronson, MI, Terry Anglin of Oklahoma City, Cindy Bendure & husband Scott of Perry, and Shannon Dorner & husband Mark of Spring Lake MI, and two great grandchildren, Chad Bendure of Tonkawa, and Stacy Bendure of Perry, many nieces and nephew, other relative and friends. Funeral servcie will be held at the Parks Brothers Chapel in Stroud on Monday, August 15, 2016 at 10:30 A.M. with Pastor James Bond officiating. Burial will follow in the Stroud Cemetery under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Stroud.
