Donna Kay Hamlet

Donna Kay Hamlet 83, of Stroud, OK went to be with our sweet savior Jesus on Saturday, January 8, 2022 She was born on January 14, 1938 in Oklahoma City, OK and was adopted and raised by her parents Hubert G. Beard and Pearl Mae Cooper in Bristow, OK. Donna had lots of friends over the years; she would always help people that were down on their luck. People loved her and she loved people. Donna and Cajun drove a truck from coast to coast for years. She also absolutely loved to crochet, leaving us all with so many blankets to keep us warm and remind us of her. “Thou will show me the path of life: in thy presence is fullness of joy; at thy right hand is pleasures for evermore” Psalms 16:11 Donna was preceded in death by her husband "Cajun" Marshall Lee Hamlet of 40 years and her eldest son James Author Moore of Miami, FL. She is survived by her daughter, Madonna Tully and her husband, Dan of Fort Worth, TX; her son, Tim Moore and his wife, Gail of Hesgesville, WV; her son, David Cornett and his wife, Carol of Stroud, OK; her daughter, Sharon Hill and her husband, Glen of Stroud, OK; her daughter, Angie Smith and her husband, Patrick of Edmond, OK; 9 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren and 1 great, great grandchild. Thank you, Lord, for giving us such a beautiful mom; we will be seeing you again, before you know it. We Love you Mom.
