Donald R. Arterbery

Donald R. ?Donnie? Arterbery Chandler, Oklahoma, resident was born on June 25, 1934, in Chandler, Oklahoma, and departed this life on Wednesday, April 4, 2007, in Oklahoma City, at the age of 72 years. Don was the son of C.W. and Ida James Arterbery. He graduated from Chandler High School in 1952. Don married Sue Miller in Chandler, on August 8, 1953. He served in the United States Air Force, retiring after twenty plus years of service. Don returned to Chandler and worked as a Police Officer and Lake Ranger for many years, he also worked as a contract pumper. His parents, four brothers, and four sisters preceded Donnie in death. Survivors include, Wife of 53 years, Sue Arterbery of the home, Four daughters, Deborah Schmidt of Hornlake, MS, Connie Boggs of Chandler, OK, Glenda Lair of Las Vegas, NV, Linda Childers of Las Vegas, NV, Sister, Sybil Blaney of Colleyville, TX, 8 Grandchildren, 3 Great great-grandchildren. Other relatives and many friends.
