Donald P. Lerch, Deer Park, TX, age 84 was born October 25, 1920, in, Harrisburg, PA, and departed this life on August 7, 2005, in Deer Park, TX. Donald was the son of Harold & Catherine Cooper Lerch. He was an electronics engineer. He served in the U. S. Navy during World War II. Donald married Geraldine Crumwell on March 28, 1941, in Three Springs, PA. Donald was preceded in death by his parents and one son, Gary. Survivors include his wife, Geraldine Lerch, Deer Park, TX; 1 son, Darald Lerch, Key Largo, FL; 2 daughters & sons-in-law, Judith & Lee Wooderson, Bloomfield, NM, Elaine & Tony Monaco, OKC, OK; 1 brother, John H. Lerch, Sunland, CA; 7 grandchildren, Jamie Turrentine, Bryan Clare, David Koppenhover & wife, Eric Clare, Tonya Milan & husband, Todd Henry, Melissa Lerch; 12 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild and many other relatives and friends. Services will be held at 1:00 P.M., Saturday, August 13, 2005, at the Fellowship Bible Church, in Harrah, OK, with Rev. Randall Slack officiating. Interment will be at 4:30 P.M. at Fairlawn Cemetery in Chickasha, OK. Services are under the direction of Smith~Parks Funeral Service, Harrah, Oklahoma.
