Dolores Eileen Knox

Dolores Eileen (McGlocklin) Knox, age 80, of Harrah, OK, was born January 10, 1936, in Harrah, OK. She was the daughter of Raymond &Opal McGlocklin. She passed from this life on Friday, November 4, 2016, at her home in Harrah, OK. Dolores accepted Jesus as her Lord and Savior and was baptized in 1969. She was a faithful member of First Baptist Church of Harrah. Dolores attended Harrah High School where she was a standout basketball player. In 1952 she met and married the love of her life Bill C. Knox, Sr. Dolores was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Raymond McGlocklin Jr., Carl McGlocklin Sr., and Dean McGlocklin, and her loving husband of 63 years Bill C. Knox, Sr., who passed away December 3, 2015. She is survived by her daughter DeAnn Bower (Mike), son Curt Knox (Cherri), grandchildren Kendra Wood, Kourtney Hartsock (Jake), Michael Bower (Amanda), Linsey Price (Dustin), Lacey Fairbrother (Caleb), and Zac Knox, (Courtney) 13 great-grandchildren, Jake and Luke Wood, Kooper, Braxton, Sutton, Preslee & Harper Hartsock, Dallee, Avery, Ty & Levi Price, Reagan & Coy Bower, sister-in-law, Dee McGlocklin of San Antonio, TX and brother-in-law & sister-in-law Larry & Julie Knox of Harrah, OK, and many other relatives and friends. The family would like to thank granddaughter Kendra Wood, friend Becky Sexton, Mercy Home Health, and Hospice Quality Care for the loving attentive care they extended to our precious mom. Services will be 2:00 PM, Wednesday, November 9, 2016, at the First Baptist Church of Harrah, Harrah, OK. Interment will follow at Harrah Memory Lane Cemetery, Harrah, OK. Services are under the direction of Smith~Parks Funeral Service in Harrah, OK.
