Dennis Lee Abram

Dennis Lee Abram passed away on July 3, 2021 at his home in Stroud, Oklahoma. He was born in Oklahoma City on July 25, 1951 to William and Evelyn Abram. Dennis was a man of God and liked going to church at Davenport First Baptist. He was a good man who was always caring and compassionate and sometimes a little outspoken. He enjoyed many things like old cars, traveling, fishing and camping. Dennis worked and retired from the maintenance department with the OKC public school systems. He was a man with lots of knowledge about a lot of things. Dennis is preceded in death by his parents, grandchild Nicholis Abram and brother Steve Yokley. He is survived by his wife Barbara (McCurdy) Abram; son Chris Abram; daughter Cheryl Abram; daughter Brittany Abram; step-son James Canter; 13 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; sisters Valerie Heston and Sherry Dilley and many other family and friends. Services will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, July 9, 2021 at Davenport First Baptist Church with Pastor Mike Mitchell officiating with burial to follow at Davenport Cemetery. There will be a visitation from 8am to 8pm, Thursday, July 8, 2021 at Parks Brothers in Stroud. Condolences may be offered online at www.parksbrothers.net.
