Delores Jean Ross

Delores was born on June, 12, 1931, in St. Louis, Missouri, and departed this life on Tuesday, December 13, 2011, in Prague, Oklahoma, at the age of 80. Delores, the daughter of Roy and Lenora Maude (Wilson) Johnson, was a resident of Prague. She married Edward Ross on October 23, 1948 in Van Buren, Arkansas. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Prague. Delores was preceded in death by her husband, Ed; her parents; and one brother, Harold Johnson. Survivors include, three daughters and sons-in-law, RaJeannna and Stan Waggoner, Watonga, Oklahoma, Linda Sue and Phillip Brown, Prague, Theresia and David Nance, Guthrie, Oklahoma, two brothers and sisters-in-law, Arlie and Dreatha Johnson, Prague, Eldon and Cheryl Johnson, Midwest City, Oklahoma, four sisters and brothers-in-law, Edna and James Irick, Bryan, Texas, Rose Ellen and Harley Cresap, Shawnee, Oklahoma, Caroyn and Barry Loop, Prague, Reva and James Baldridge, Prague, seven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, one great-great- grandchild. Other relatives and many friends Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 16, 2011 at 2:00 P.M., at the First Baptist Church in Prague with Bro. Tim Emmons officiating. Interment will follow at the Prague Cemetery in Prague. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Prague.
