Delbert Wade Mills

Delbert Wade Mills was born on August 7, 1946, in Vernon, Texas, and departed this life on Monday, March 9, 2009, in Prague, Oklahoma, at the age of 62. Delbert, the son of Sherman Francis and Edna Earl Pearcy Mills, was a resident of Prague. He was an oilfield driller for Halliburton and was of the Christian faith. His father and one sister, Lona Gayle, preceded Delbert in death. Survivors include sons, Shawn Mills of Prague, Shane Mills of Prague; daughters and sons-in-law, Lesa and Todd Deutche of Meeker, Kim and Winford Navarath of Prague; mother,Edna Mills of Prague; brothers, Nigel Mills of Texas, Gary Mills of Texas; sisters, Virginia Stapp of Prague; 9 grandchildren. A graveside services will be held on Thursday, March 12, 2009 at 2:00 PM, at the Prague Cemetery with Rev. Kevin Wehrli officiating. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Prague.
