Darla Sue Clark

February 21, 1963 — January 10, 2021

Darla Sue Clark passed away Sunday, January 10, 2021 surrounded by family. She was born on February 21, 1963 in Tulsa, OK to Martella Darlene (Holland) Gann and George Gann. Darla was a 1981 graduate of Stroud High School. She was always a hard worker no matter the task. Darla was even working when she met her husband, Scotty Michael Clark, at the Tiger Hut. They married in Stroud on December 28, 1985. Darla worked various jobs throughout with her last job being at Walmart. Darla was always a lot of fun and kept things exciting. She loved to wander the clearance aisles of any store to see if she could find a great deal. Many family and friends benefited from those deals she found. Darla’s favorite thing to do was watch her kids and grandkids play sports. She loved to spoil her grandkids any way she could. Darla also loved to take pictures of everyone and everything no matter what you looked like. She often was seen showing photos of her grandkids to anyone who would give her a minute. She was very loving and will be greatly missed by all those whose lives she touched. Darla is preceded in death by her father, George Gann and her mother and father-in-law John and Marie Clark. Survivors include her husband Mike Clark; daughters Stephenie Gann and Mandie Rackley; sons Michael Clark and wife Christi and Justin “JJ” Clark; grandchildren Bailee, Eli, Jason, Scotty, Kylee, Luke, Hayli, Emma, and Hadley; mother Darlene Gann; sisters Cindy Hickman and husband Danny, Tamie Newell and husband Tim; and Rhonda Franklin and husband Terry.
