Damon Thomas Palmer

Damon Thomas Palmer was born in Shawnee, Oklahoma on January 5, 1995 to Thomas Palmer and Lori Legg, and he passed away in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on June 9, 2020. Damon is a beloved son, brother, grandson, cousin and friend. Damon grew up in Prague, Oklahoma where he spent most of his life. He enjoyed sports and was especially talented in basketball as well as football. Some memorable times were playing football alongside his brothers. Damon was very close with his family. From an early age he enjoyed spending time outside with his brothers and cousins. From then on they all had an unbreakable bond. He always knew his parents and grandparents would be behind him in every turn of his life and loved them dearly. Damon was a fun loving young man who loved hanging out with his close friends. Together with his friends, they could be mischievous but loyal. You might find them on a river or lake giving each other a hard time. Damon will be missed every day by his father, Thomas and Sherri Palmer; his mother, Lori Legg and Gary Whelan; his three brothers, Michael Gant Palmer, Michael Gage Auld and Trent Andrew Palmer; grandparents; Cary and Debbie Legg, Gilbert and Mary Harris and Betty and Eddie Jensen; cousins; Aaron and Austin Wilson, Kaeley Wise, Levi and Kolby Legg, Tristan Edge ,Taylor Bley and Nate Jensen, Tanner and Brady Thrope, Kyler and Kinley Henderson; aunt and uncles, Mike and Kilby Legg, Bill and Cindy West, Rachel Ward, John and Amanda Henderson, Becky and Jay Benham, Shannon and Mary Ann Ward, Al and Shannon Thorpe, and Shaun and Nichole Jensen. Damon Is now with his great grandmother, Grace Palmer and is loved in heaven and on earth. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Damon Thomas Palmer will be held at Calvary Way in Prague, Oklahoma Monday, June 15, 2020 at 10:00.
