Dale Lee Qualls

Dale Lee Qualls was born on January 12, 1958, in Amarillo, Texas, and departed this life on Saturday, April 20, 2013, at his home in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, at the age of 55. Dale, the son of Roy Lee and Ruby June (Coburn) Qualls, was a resident of Bartlesville. He graduated from Prague High School with the class of 1976. He married Bobbie Denise Cook on March 17, 2004, in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. Dale owned a photography studio in Prague, was a graduate of Central Vo-Tech Drumright Truck Driving School, and worked for Crete Trucking Company for 8 years. He was a former mayor and City Council member for the city of Prague and a member of the First Baptist Church in Prague. Dale loved travel, music, eating (especially desserts with Courtney), collecting baseball hats and Harley Davidson shirts, and working in the yard. His parents preceded Dale in death. Survivors include his wife, Bobbie Qualls of the home; daughter, Courtney Lyn Smith of Edmond; sister, Brenda Tinkes; other family and many friends. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society. The Qualls family will receive friends on Monday, April 22, 2013, from 6:00 - 8:00 PM at Parks Brothers Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 23, 2013 at 11:00 PM, at Parks Brothers Funeral Chapel in Prague with Bro. Tim Emmons officiating.
