Dale Allan Patterson

Prague resident Dale Allan Patterson departed this life on Thursday, February 14, 2013, at the age of 60. He was born December 12, 1952, in Beaver, Oklahoma, the son of Charles Patterson and Doris LaFey McCauley. Dale was an active volunteer firefighter, captain and active chaplain of the Strother Volunteer Fire Department. He was a retired narcotics officer for the state of New Mexico. Dale was a horse trainer for Personal Ponies Ltd. in Prague, Oklahoma and a member of Pleasant Home Baptist Church located on Moccasin Trail. He was preceded in death by his mother, Doris LaFey McCauley of Prague. his father, Charles Patterson; his sister, Sue Fromm, and his son, AJ Patterson. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM, Saturday, February 23, 2013 at the Seminole First Assembly of God Church, with Dennis Traxler officiating. Burial will be at Little Cemetery. The family has requested that donations be made to eh Pleasant Home Baptist Church Building Fund, c/o Judy Chapman, 104915 S 3450 Rd., Meeker, OK 74855. Dale is survived by daughters, Debra Dawn Patterson of Kansas, Brandy Patterson of New Mexico; son Heath Patterson of California; sister Lavern Ashlock of Yukon; brother and sister-in-law Sperlan and Connie Hobbs of Missouri; four grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, aunt and uncles.
