Cristina M. McBroom was born on December 15, 1939, in Tornillo, TX, and passed away in Midwest City, OK on April, 20, 2004, at the age of 64. Cristina, the daughter of Gonzalo and Elena Moreno Macias, was a resident of McLoud since 1962. She worked at the White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico for four years and retired from Tinker Air Force Base following over 25 years of service. Cristina was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Kelley L. McBroom; two brothers, Fernando and Gonzalo; and a sister-in-law, Irene. Survivors include her husband, Kenneth K. McBroom, McLoud, OK; 2 sons & daughters-in law, Kenneth H. & Debra McBroom, Harrah, OK, Keith A. & Gloria McBroom, Shawnee, OK; 1 daughter & son in-law, Terry Ann & Jeffrey R. Stoss, McLoud, OK; 6 brothers & sisters-in-law, Carlos Macias, El Paso, TX, Francisco & Concepcion Macias, El Paso, TX, Armando & Maria Macias, El Paso, TX, Rogelio & Elisa Macias, El Paso, TX, Rodolfo & Cruz Macias, El Paso, TX, Eduardo & Lydia Macias, El Paso, TX; 1 sister, Nena M. Rodriguez, El Paso, TX; grandchildren, Kyle & Arrean McBroom, Kacee & Jason McDonald, Kayla & Chris Duroy, Kean McBroom, Megan & Adam Van Wart, Shawn & Christi McBroom, Christina E. McBroom, Jessica Henderson & Angie Massey; 1 great-grandchild, Cameron Duroy. Services will be held 2:00 P.M., Friday, April 23, 2004, at the First Baptist Church of McLoud, McLoud, OK, with Rev. Mike Taylor, Rev. Larry Sparks and Rev. Bill Derrick officiating. Services are under the direction of Smith~Parks Funeral Service in Harrah, OK.
